Access to orchestral music classes is based on a selection processing involving a practical test and published in public notices. Students must present proof of regular school attendance for primary and secondary education or have completed high school, along with musical abilities. Annual selections are held to choose members of the Youth Choir or Ospa Youth Orchestra.
